A five Stars menu shaped around your celebration
Our kitchen draws on generations of Mughal cookery: smoke, spice and the slow cooking of the sealed dum. We cook to a five-star standard, and for the quality, quantity and taste of what we serve we believe we are without match in the country. The dishes below are examples. You will agree the final menu with our head chef in person.
Dahi Baray
Soft lentil dumplings in whipped yoghurt, topped with tamarind, cumin and pomegranate.
Fish Pakora
White fish in a gram-flour and ajwain batter, fried until crisp. Served with mint chutney.
Masala Fish
Fish fillets marinated in turmeric, chilli and garlic, then pan-seared.
Roast Chicken
